HOW MUCH DOES IT COST SHIPPING?
FREE SHIPPING on orders over US$30.
Shipping fee is $4.99 for orders under US$30.
DO WE SHIP PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, Charmsart serves as a provider in the United States, and the U.S. is our only market.
IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, CAN THEY BE SHIPPED IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
To reduce shipping delays for our valued customers, all products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouse.
I’VE PUT DOWN THE WRONG SHIPPING INFO/SIZE ORDER/VARIANT ORDER! WHAT DO I DO?
Prevention is the best protocol for this scenario. Please triple-check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make an error, please contact service@charmsart.com as soon as possible, and we will try to correct it. As our products are processed on the day of purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. If an error occurs, customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items.
CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, an item sells out, and we may need to cancel your order. If, for any reason, your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email, and you will be refunded in full.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Approximately 7-15 days (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, or any unforeseen circumstances).
Processing time: 1-3 business days. (Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. It can be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. If there are any issues, we will contact you in advance—don’t worry.)
Shipping time: 7-15 days to most countries. (Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been shipped, which includes a tracking number and a tracking website link. You can track your order through the link in the email.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY PARCEL YET?

We are not responsible if a package is undelivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at service@charmsart.com as soon as possible. If your order has left our warehouse, it is out of our control.
Charmsart is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charges that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Charmsart will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives in your country and the customer refuses to accept the package, or if multiple delivery attempts are made in the destination country, Charmsart reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
